A Change Is On The Horizon

December 21, 2022

When it comes to life there’s something that’s pretty much guaranteed to happen at some point… change! Change can also happen with respect to your online presence. Many times we start in one place and then as time goes on, our original mindset changes a little… or a lot… and that’s OK. It can be a sign of growth and development.

When we started DogCentric Life, the focus was helping you, our readers, with dog training and lifestyle tips to help you, and your dog, build a healthy and positive relationship together. This goal hasn’t changed! That content will continue to be the primary feature on our website… but we have decided to expand our content to include other pets as well, like cats.

This slight change comes, in part, due to the fact that we have added a new cat to our family and, with this, we feel that the information we are able to offer our readers isn’t necessarily changing… but simply expanding. This will come with a slight name change as well… but you won’t have any issues with finding our website.

The truth is, when it comes to things like behavior… as we have shared before… the science behind behavior is the same across all species… including humans… so this doesn’t change what we will be sharing except that we will be expanding to include other “species” as well!

Our new addition… Kyokumi… is a 10 month old, domestic short-haired, black cat and he has quite the personality! Kyo is a rescue cat… and we are thrilled to be able to help a cat in need… bring him into our home and our lives. If you happen to be interested, he does have his own Instagram account… and you can see some of his feed below:

Yup… have become one of those people!!

Anyways… just wanted to update you on the upcoming changes at DogCentric Life. Again, the content as far as dogs go will remain the same… we are just expanding to share more information with a wider audience.

Hope that everyone has a safe and happy holiday season… we are looking forward to 2023!
